Louisa Mach joined our research team in April 2021. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Education from the University of Hohenheim, majoring in International Business, Economics, and Controlling. She subsequently completed her Master's degree in 2022, specializing in International Management within the Business Administration and Education program.
Louisa has gained initial professional experience as a student assistant and has been actively involved in research projects. She contributed to the EICAA project, which focused on strengthening entrepreneurship competences among students and employees, and successfully concluded in 2023.
In 2024, Louisa began her Ph.D. studies. Her working dissertation title is "Competences for Sustainable Innovation", reflecting her strong research interests in sustainable innovation education and the development of sustainability competences.
In her free time, Louisa plays handball and enjoys arts and crafts as a creative outlet.
